First impressions are really important and my first impressions of Townsville Marine were excellent. The showroom was clean and tidy and was represented by a good cross-section of what was being offered for sale. All the staff I came into contact with were friendly, polite and were able to understand what I was looking for in a boat. They were able to answer all my questions and never at any stage placed me under any pressure to buy. After the decision to purchase was made, the necessary paperwork was handled in an efficient and timely manner and a delivery date was decided upon. Nothing was ever too hard. The boat was subsequently delivered on time. Throughout the whole process I was made to feel “special” and was always kept in the loop as to the progress of the fitting of extra equipment.
Overall my experience was excellent and I believe I received good value for money. There is no doubt I will be back and I have no hesitation in recommending Townsville Marine.
